2017.

Serbian tennis player Nenad Zimonjic officially took on the role of selector of Davis Cup national team of Serbia on April 5, 2017.

As the acting selector, but also as a player, in February 2017 he led Serbia to a victory over Russia in the first round of the Davis Cup World Group.

Nenad Zimonjic remains in the role of a selector, but not a player. After 23 years of Davis Cup competition, 73 matches, 55 matches, 43 victories, a trophy and a record of our representative tennis, he decided to retire as a player of our best national team.

2004.

Nenad Zimonjic, our most experienced and oldest representative, Laureate of the Davis Cup Committee, spent two years as the selector and player of Davis Cup team of Serbia and Montenegro (at that time) and led our team from the second to the first group of Euro-African zone (2003-2004).
