Serbian tennis player Nenad Zimonjic and Slovenia’s Katarina Srebotnik failed to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Australian Open mixed doubles competition.

Zimonjic and Srebotnik defeated by the Russian-Indian combination of Nadia Petrova and Mahesh Bhupathi with 3:6, 6:2, 10:5, after one hour and four minutes.

Zimonjic and Srebotnik were an excellent start to the match and certainly won the first set. However, in the second set, Petrova and Bhupathi started playing a lot better and quickly equalized to 1:1. In the tiebreak set to continue the story of the second set, so that the Russian-Indian couple relatively easily and safely reached the victory.
