Zimonjic and Benneteau in Monte Carlo quarter-finals

Serbia’s Nenad Zimonjic and France’s Julien Benneteau reached the doubles quarter-finals at the Masters tournament in Monte Carlo after beating the Australian-Brazilian pair, Alexander Peya/Bruno Soares 7-6 (9-7), 6-4 on Thursday.

In the next round, Zimonjic/Benneteau will take on Pakistani Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi and Dutć Jean-Julien Rojer, who scored a 6-4, 6-1 victory over British doubles Colin Fleming and Jonathan Marray.
