Serbia’s Nenad Zimonjic and France’s Julien Benneteau reached the doubles semi-finals at the Masters tournament in Monte Carlo after beating the Pakistani Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi and Dutch Jean-Julien Rojer 6-2, 7-5 on Friday.

In the semi-finals, Zimonjic/Benneteau will take on Spaniards David Marero and Fernando Verdasco, who scored a 6-4, 6-2 victory over Belarus Max Mirny and Romanian Horia Tecau.
